Price, address validation, draft, preview, confirmation, send, status, list and cancellation are separate tools.
The agent can prepare a draft, but only a server token issued after revalidation can authorize real mail.
send_letter requires explicit approval, a single-use confirmation token and a stable idempotency key.

Follow the sign-in your client opens.
Start with a sandbox account: it runs the whole chain without printing or charging.
